Dark and Bad Weather
1 1/2 oz. of Gene's Spiced Rum poured over a rocks glass with ice. Top off with spicy ginger ale like Buffalo Rock.
The Neat
Either over ice or just neat JED whiskey is amazing. Add one cube of ice to bring out more flavor.
Grand Bay Gin and Tonic
1 1/2 oz. of Hugh Wesley's Gin over ice. Add equal parts Bittermilk Charred Grapefruit Tonic and soda water.
Big Swamp Fizz
Muddle 1.5 oz of Hugh Wesley's gin with 1/2 oz of fresh lime juice, 2 slices of cucumber, 5 mint leaves, and 2 sprigs of cilantro. Pour over ice and top with ginger ale.
Lemon Drop on the Rocks
1 1/2 oz. of Elizabeth Vodka, tbs lemon juice, splash of soda water, orange bitters and top off with Sprite. Serve in a Demerara sugar rimmed glass.
The Slapper
1 1/2 oz. Gene's Spiced Rum, Grapefruit and Lime Juice, Bitters and Cinnamon Clove Simple Syrup.
Miss Elizabeth Mimosa
1 1/2 oz. Elizabeth Vodka over an iced glass, Orange juice topped with Sparkling Cider to taste. Garnish with Blackberries.
Spiced Nog
In a rocks glass combine 1 1/2 oz. of Gene's Spiced Rum with your favorite Egg Nog for a winter experience second to none. Perfect replacement for Santa's cookies on Christmas eve.
Strawberry Blonde
1 1/2 oz. of Elizabeth Vodka over an ice filled Collins glass. Add your favorite Lemonade, fresh strawberries, a dash of orange bitters and top with soda water.
The Dalmatian
1 1/2 oz. Elizabeth Vodka, Grapefruit and Lime Juice shaken with homemade Cracked Pepper Simple Syrup.
The Dude
Elizabeth Vodka, Coffee Simple Syrup and Milk finished with Cinnamon and a Cherry.
The Graduate Martini
1 1/2 oz.Hugh Wesley's Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Orange Liqueur, Orange Bitters, Garnish with shaved orange peel and orange twist.
The JED Martini
The Laid Back
Our take on the Gin and Juice. In a collins glass with ice add 1 1/2 oz. Hugh Wesley's Gin, Top with grapefruit juice combined with ginger puree, lime juice and Angostura bitters. Finish with a splash of Ginger Ale. Garnish with lime and mint.
The Porch Swing
Fill Rocks Glass with ice. Add 1 1/2 oz. of Gene's Spiced Rum then top with your favorite Lemonade. Bruise a fresh Basil leaf and add to the drink. Garnish with more Basil.
The Mobilian
1 1/2 oz. of Elizabeth Vodka, Add 1 oz. Lavender simple syrup, Lemonade and Blackberries and muddle all together. Add ice and top with Lemonade.
The Montevallo Martini
1 1/2 oz. Elizabeth Vodka, House made Water Mellon puree and Orange Bitters, garnished with Bruised Basil leaf.
The Pineapple Caipirinha
1 1/2 oz. Sarah's Silver Rum (Only available from the JED tasting room), Fresh Pineapple and Mint muddled with Demerara sugar and topped with Lime juice and soda water.
